One platform, two sides.

The office works in the files. The office's clients take part in a portal of their own.

Employee data, stored encrypted.

A payroll office works with social security codes, national register numbers and salaries. That data must never sit out in the open, so the security is built into the platform itself.

Every new version is first attacked automatically the way someone with bad intentions would try, and only goes live once everything holds. That keeps the platform secure after every update.

  • Two-factor sign-in, switched on per user
  • Sessions that can be revoked
  • Sensitive data stored encrypted
  • Daily backup

309 employers and 971 employees in one Excel file.

At Business Centrum the work lived in one large Excel file: employers, employees, joint committees, work permits, meal and eco vouchers. An Excel file works until two people change something at the same time, until an expiry date slips through or until a client asks what is happening with their file.

The platform has a file per employer and per employee, tasks, payroll, documents and a log that records who did what. For their clients there is a portal: an employer signs in with a link in their email and fills in their employees' working days themselves.

A file for everything that sits in the Excel today.

Tested on the real file

The import ran locally on the office's actual Excel file: 309 employers and 971 employees, with a report per row. So before switching over, you know what comes in cleanly.

An admin platform for any office with files

An accounting firm, a staffing agency or a property manager often works the same way: files in Excel, documents in a folder and clients who call to ask how things stand. An admin platform of your own with a portal for your clients can put that work in one place. See client portal and custom software.
