Kader B balances to the litre.
Every delivery becomes stock that is used up in order. Every refuel draws litres from the oldest delivery, and what is left has to match what is physically in the tank.

What drivers submit is ready at the office.
Drivers handle leave, receipts, appointments and reports on their phone. At the office it all comes together, with whatever has waited longest in view.
Leave, expenses, appointments, damage and reports: each has a queue of its own.

Every litre accounted for, every route planned.
A haulage company with its own tank must be able to show, under the Belgian Kader B scheme, where every litre of professional diesel went. Every delivery, every refuel and every correction has to add up, and customs wants a report that balances.
On top of that comes the daily work: which driver runs which route, which lorry is due for its inspection, who is taking leave. We started with the fuel and built out from there into a platform that covers the whole office, with a dashboard in three worlds: fuel, fleet and planning.
The platform grows with what the business asks for, and the client often sees the change the same day. New versions go live in a few seconds, with a backup and a way back: the drivers never notice.
The rest of the office grew around the fuel.
The screens are examples with demo data.

Planning board
A week per screen with routes, day and night shifts, pausing, stopping, temporary routes and a PDF export.
Email
From the weekly schedule for drivers to an invitation for a new manager: the email goes out from the platform by itself. 185 emails in 30 days, without anyone at the office typing one.

Fleet
A file per vehicle with policy, inspection, maintenance and tachograph.

Staff and payroll
Staff files with expiry dates, payroll, costs and a bundle for the accountant.
What the same approach can do for your business
A haulage company, an installer or a wholesaler with a crew on the road often runs on the same mix: Excel for planning, paper for receipts and emails nobody can find. A platform of your own can bring that together, with an app for whoever is on the road and an office that sees what is waiting. Read more under transport software and custom software.
