AI in marketing
AI for marketing, drawn from your own brand
AI for marketing that knows your brand, prices and sector, and publishes nothing until you say yes.

Marketing weeks that never happen
We know AI for marketing from two sides: we do marketing for small businesses, and we built our own AI software for it, AMOSI.
Most small companies have no marketing department. There is an owner or an employee who does it next to the day job. On Monday the list holds a post, a blog, a mailing to customers and an ad that needs refreshing. By Friday none of it has gone out, because a quote or a client came first.
AI can prepare that work. Not as a generic text that could belong to any company, but from what your business actually is: your site, your prices, your best posts and your sector. You read it, edit it and say yes. What you change, the system carries into next week.
What AI prepares, channel by channel
AI in marketing is not about a tool that writes text. You have that already, for a monthly subscription (every plan is in ChatGPT pricing). It is about a system that knows what it may say, and that you can review in five minutes. Some call it AI marketing automation; the automation is the easy part, the facts and the approval are what make it work.
| Task | Today | With AI on your facts | What you gain |
|---|---|---|---|
| Social media posts | An idea on Sunday night, or nothing | Four drafts a week in your own tone, with a visual, scheduled on your channels | A steady rhythm without starting from a blank page |
| Blog and SEO pages | On the list for months | A first draft on a search term with proven volume, with your own examples | Pages that get found, with your expertise in them |
| Customer mailing | Once a year | A draft a month per customer group, with what changes for them | Customers hear from you before they look elsewhere |
| Ads | The same copy for a year | New variants, and an ad with an outdated price is held back | Fresh copy that matches your site |
| Brand guide | In the owner's head | Positioning, tone and words in one place, from your own material | Everyone who writes for you says the same thing |
| Competitors and sector | Spotted by chance | What moves in your sector and which moments you cannot miss this year | You respond in time |
| Report | Four dashboards nobody opens | What went out, what it did and where the money went, in plain words | Decisions based on what worked |
Where AI marketing goes wrong
The complaints about AI marketing are fair. A model that knows nothing about you writes the same text it writes for your competitor. It invents a price, promises a lead time you cannot meet, or uses words you would never say. And anyone who publishes twenty posts a week without reading them will publish something wrong sooner or later.
So good AI marketing rests on three things: your own company facts as the source, with the origin of every fact; a person who approves before anything goes out; and a loop in which your edits make the next draft better. The figure below shows that loop over one week. If you want AI to carry out marketing tasks itself, such as researching and following up a lead, read AI agent development. How to appear in the answers of ChatGPT and Gemini is on found in ChatGPT, and all uses of AI in a business on AI for business.

AMOSI: a week of marketing, prepared
AMOSI is the AI marketing software we built ourselves. It went live in July 2026, on an AWS environment with a firewall, backups and monitoring. New companies join through the waitlist at amosi.be; the app itself runs in Dutch.
The idea we built towards: four posts, a blog, a mailing and an ad waiting, and an owner who reviews them and says yes. We build the same approach as a custom setup for companies that want their own system, in English or any other language.
- Facts from your own site and documents
- Drafts in your own voice
- Nothing goes out without your yes

What AI saves a small business in marketing hours
Take a small company where the owner or one employee does the marketing next to the day job. These are assumed figures. Run them again with your own week.
| Task per week | Writing it yourself | With AI, you approve |
|---|---|---|
| Four social media posts | 3 hours | 0.75 hours |
| One blog or SEO page | 3 hours | 1 hour |
| Mailing (one a month, counted per week) | 1 hour | 0.25 hours |
| Refreshing ads | 1 hour | 0.25 hours |
| Reading the report and adjusting | 1 hour | 0.25 hours |
| Total | 9 hours | 2.5 hours |
That is 6.5 hours a week. Over 46 working weeks it adds up to 299 hours. At an assumed cost of 45 euros an hour, that is 13,455 euros a year. If the work does not get done today, the gain is not time but marketing that finally happens.
The model cost is small. A draft takes about 8,000 tokens in (your brand guide, the facts, the brief) and 1,500 tokens out. Thirty pieces a month with three versions each makes 90 calls. With Claude Sonnet 5.5, at 2 dollars per million input tokens and 10 dollars output, that is 2.79 dollars a month, about 2.50 euros. With Claude Haiku 5.5 it is 12 euro cents. Generating images is priced per image and depends on the tool. Run your own volume through the AI cost calculator.
What does that mean for your budget? A system that frees 299 hours a year pays back an investment of 13,000 euros in a year, and one of 26,000 euros in two. Compare that with what an agency charges per month in social media management pricing, and with what you spend on marketing according to the marketing budget calculator.
Separate AI tools or AI that knows your business
You can start today with ChatGPT and a scheduler. The difference is what the system knows about you and who reviews.
- What it knows about you
- ChatGPT and separate toolsWhatever you paste into the prompt that day
- AI marketing from your own factsYour site, prices, documents and best posts, with the source of every fact
- Your voice
- ChatGPT and separate toolsA generic tone you correct every time
- AI marketing from your own factsYour own words; what you strike out does not come back
- Prices and claims
- ChatGPT and separate toolsThe model can invent them
- AI marketing from your own factsTaken from your own site; an outdated price is held back
- Approval
- ChatGPT and separate toolsCopy and paste into every channel
- AI marketing from your own factsOne screen with the whole week, yes or no per piece
- Learning
- ChatGPT and separate toolsStarts over every week
- AI marketing from your own factsYour edits and the results shape the next draft
- Cost
- ChatGPT and separate toolsA subscription per person per tool
- AI marketing from your own factsA platform or a custom build, plus a small model fee
Choose separate tools if you need a text now and then. Choose AI that knows your business if you want to publish every week without the owner holding the pen.
EU AI Act rules for AI-generated content
AI in marketing falls under the EU AI Act (Regulation 2024/1689), amended by the AI Omnibus in force since 27 July 2026. It applies to everyone who uses AI in the EU, and to companies outside the EU when the output is used in the EU. For a company that does not sell AI tools itself, the rules are manageable.
| Situation | What applies | Since |
|---|---|---|
| Your team makes content with AI | AI literacy (Article 4): people who use it know what it can do and where it fails. Since the Omnibus the law sets no fixed level | 2 February 2025 |
| You publish an AI image, video or voice that looks real | A visible notice that it was made or edited with AI; for clearly creative work, a notice that does not get in the way of the work (Article 50) | 2 August 2026 |
| You publish AI text on matters of public interest | Disclose that it is AI, unless a person reviewed it and someone holds editorial responsibility (Article 50) | 2 August 2026 |
| You use a generative tool | The provider marks the output in a machine-readable way; for systems on the market before August 2026 this applies from 2 December 2026 | 2 August 2026 |
| A chatbot on your site talks to visitors | Visitors must know they are talking to AI (Article 50) | 2 August 2026 |
A product post you read and stand behind needs no AI label. A realistic AI image of a person or a place does. What changes on 2 December is in AI-generated content labelling. Which risk class your use falls into, the EU AI Act checker tells you. Whether you need a written policy is in do I need an AI policy.
Pitfalls we see often
- Volume over valueTwenty posts a week that nobody reads do nothing. Four that are right and sound like you do.
- Claims from the modelA price, a grant or a lead time comes from your site or your documents, never from the model's memory.
- Everything in a tool you do not ownYour brand guide, your facts and your texts belong to you, also when you switch tools.
Working with a team in Belgium
We are in Ghent and work in English by video call, on Central European Time, with prices in euro. Our infrastructure runs on AWS in Europe, so your data stays under EU rules and GDPR.
AI marketing setup: how it runs
- A call about your marketing (week 1)What you publish now, what stays on the list, which channels count. We check whether AMOSI fits or you need your own setup.
- Your facts and your voice (weeks 1 to 3)Your site, prices, documents and best posts become the source. From them comes a brand guide with tone, words and what you never say.
- A month of reading along (weeks 3 to 7)The system prepares drafts, you approve and edit. We measure how often you change something and adjust.
- A steady rhythmEvery week what goes out is ready, every month a report in plain words. You decide, the system does the work.
A marketing agency that built its own AI
We are a marketing agency that built its own AI software. That sets us apart from an agency that uses ChatGPT, and from a software company that never ran a campaign.
AMOSI went live in July 2026. For it we built a website scan that collects a company's facts, a brand handbook, social planning, an overview of competitors and the sector, and a design studio with a chat; not all of that reached production, and we say so in the first call. And we do the marketing work ourselves: for Business Centrum, 1,593 search terms without the brand name rank on page 1 of Google, up from 13, with every figure on that site checked against an official source.
What we do for you:
- Your facts and your voice in one place, as the source for everything AI writes for you.
- A custom setup or AMOSI, depending on what you want to own, which language you work in and where your data has to live.
- People who review: we or you approve every piece until the rhythm holds.
- The work around it where AI is not enough: social media management, SEO and Google Ads.

What marketers ask us about AI
Does AI copy not always sound the same?
When the model knows nothing about you, yes. A system that reads your site, your posts and your tone writes the way you do. What you strike out or add, it carries into the next piece.
Does AI replace my marketer or my agency?
No. AI takes over the repetitive work, so your marketer makes the choices and comes up with the ideas. A person checks figures, prices and claims. You still make the plan for the year, for instance with our marketing plan template and content calendar.
Do I have to label AI posts?
A post you read and stand behind, no. A realistic AI image or AI voice, yes, since 2 August 2026. Text on matters of public interest without human editing, too.
Can I use AMOSI in English?
The AMOSI app runs in Dutch today. For a company abroad we build the same approach as a custom setup in your language, on infrastructure in Europe.
Does Google penalise AI content?
Google says it rewards helpful, original content however it is produced, and treats content made mainly to manipulate rankings as spam, whoever typed it. Thin pages stuffed with keywords sink; deep pages with real figures rank. What a full SEO programme costs is in SEO cost.
