Exact Online pricing in Belgium runs from 7.50 euro a month for invoicing only to 699 euro a month for Wholesale Premium, excluding VAT. In the UK, Exact lists Accounting from £25 a month. What you really pay depends on three things: which package you pick, how many people work in it and how many companies you run. An owner who only sends invoices stays under 100 euro a year. A wholesaler with five people in the system soon pays 4,500 euro a year or more.
This guide lists every Belgian package and tier, with the cost of an extra user or an extra company, works out five situations and says what can come on top. Exact Online is SaaS: you pay per month, the software runs at Exact and every package can be cancelled monthly.
Which package you need
Exact sells no licence per person, but packages per type of business. Each package includes one or two users, and most come in four tiers: Essentials, Plus, Professional and Premium.

Picking a higher package is usually cheaper than stacking separate ones. Wholesale already includes Accounting Professional and CRM, so if you hold stock, you do not buy those separately. If you run an accounting practice, also look at software for accounting firms.
What makes up your monthly price
From7.50 euro
The package and the tier set the base. Then users and companies add up, and on small packages the number of invoices. All amounts are per month and excluding VAT.
- Package and tierFrom Invoicing at 7.50 euro to Wholesale Premium at 699 euro. The higher the tier, the more features, such as several warehouses or production planning.
- UsersOne or two are included. Each extra user costs 23 to 65 euro a month, depending on the package and the tier.
- CompaniesEvery legal entity is a separate company in Exact. Wholesale includes two, an extra one costs 20 to 38 euro a month.
- Invoices and documentsSmall packages cap sales invoices at 25 or 100 a month. Above that you pay 0.50 euro per invoice. Having purchase invoices read in automatically is charged per document.
Accounting per tier
Accounting is the package for businesses that keep their own books, or work in the same company file as their accountant. The tiers differ mainly in the number of invoices and users.

Essentials cannot be extended: once you need a second user or more than 25 invoices a month, you move to Plus. Above your cap, every extra sales invoice costs 0.50 euro. At 60 invoices a month on Essentials that is 17.50 euro extra, and Plus at 99 euro is then not far off. Peppol e-invoices are included in every tier.
Wholesale per tier
Wholesale is the package for wholesale and distribution. Every tier includes one user, two companies, Accounting Professional, the warehouse app (WMS) and CRM.

Note how the price per user rises with the tier. Moving from Essentials to Plus for a second warehouse costs 180 euro more for the package, and 9 euro more for every extra user. How Wholesale compares to inventory management software that only runs the warehouse depends on how much of your accounting you want in the same system.
Project Management follows the same pattern for services firms: Essentials 199 euro, Plus 339 euro, Professional 429 euro and Premium from 539 euro a month, with one user.
Prices in the UK
Exact sells Exact Online in the UK with its own product names and prices in pounds. Its UK price page lists monthly subscriptions excluding VAT, as ranges per product rather than per named tier.

The UK page does not state how many users each range includes, so ask Exact or a reseller before you compare it with the Belgian sums below. In other countries, check the local Exact site: packages and prices differ per market.

Without inventory, Accounting is enough and you pay less than half. Once you track products, orders and deliveries, Wholesale is cheaper than Accounting plus a separate inventory package.
Worked example: five businesses, one year
These are examples, not quotes. The assumptions: Belgian prices of October 2026 excluding VAT, everyone in the table works in Exact, one company, no setup by a partner, no apps from the App Store and no automatic invoice processing.

Two things stand out. For small businesses Exact is cheap, as long as you stay under the caps of your tier. And in Wholesale the bill grows mainly with headcount: at ten users on Plus, 315 of the 764 euro a month goes to extra users. So count first who really has to work in the system, and who can get a report or an export instead.
What can come on top
- Automatic invoice processingExact reads purchase invoices and prepares the booking. Three documents a month are included, then you pay 0.39 euro per document in a bundle or 0.50 euro outside one. At 100 purchase invoices a month that is 37.83 euro in a bundle or 48.50 euro without, so 454 to 582 euro a year. What AI can do beyond that is in invoice automation.
- Subscription managementIf you send recurring invoices, it costs 57 euro a month on Accounting and 60 euro on Wholesale.
- More API trafficA Volume Pack for more traffic through the API costs 250 euro a month, on Premium. That only matters if you exchange a lot of data with other software.
- Apps from the App StoreBank feeds, planning or cash flow: every app has its own price from its maker.
- Setup and trainingExact partners help at the start, usually per hour or per day. Always ask for a fixed price per phase.

Against Odoo and Business Central
Exact charges per package, Odoo and Business Central per user. That makes Exact cheap for one or two people, and more expensive as your team grows. Odoo Standard costs 19.90 euro per user per month in the first year and 24.90 euro after that, for all apps; five users therefore pay 1,194 euro in year 1, against 4,476 euro for Wholesale Essentials. Peppol is in the price
Since 1 January 2026, Belgian VAT-registered businesses send each other structured e-invoices through Peppol. In Exact that is included in Invoicing and in every Accounting tier, and through Accounting Professional also in Wholesale. You do not pay for it separately. Every package has a 30 day free trial, and Exact Online can be cancelled monthly. Put your own customers, products and a week of invoices into the package during that month. You will quickly see whether you stay under the caps and which tier you need.
Check before you choose
- Count who really works in Exact. Someone who only needs an overview gets a report or an export.
- Count your sales invoices per month and pick a tier with room, so you do not pay 0.50 euro per invoice every month.
- Count your legal entities. Every extra company costs per month, even if you book little in it.
- Ask your accountant which package they work in and whether they work in your company file or want an export.
- Check which integrations you need and whether an app for them exists in the App Store.
- Use the 30 day trial with your own customers and products, not with sample data.

How much does Exact Online cost per month?
In Belgium 7.50 euro for Invoicing, 49 to 299 euro for Accounting, 199 to 539 euro for Project Management and 269 to 699 euro for Wholesale, excluding VAT. In the UK, Accounting runs from £25 to £38 a month. Extra users and companies come on top.
What does an extra user cost in Exact Online?
On Accounting 23 euro a month on Plus and Professional and 49 euro on Premium. On Wholesale 26, 35, 43 or 65 euro, from Essentials to Premium. On Accounting Essentials you cannot add a user.
What does an extra company cost in Exact Online?
On Accounting 20 euro on Plus, 21 euro on Professional and 38 euro on Premium. On Wholesale 21, 24, 26 or 38 euro a month. Wholesale already includes two.
How much does Exact Online cost per year?
Multiply the monthly amount by twelve. Invoicing costs 90 euro a year, Accounting Plus with three users 1,464 euro, Wholesale Essentials with five users 4,476 euro, excluding VAT.
Do you pay extra for Peppol in Exact Online?
No. Peppol e-invoices are included in Invoicing and in every Accounting tier, and through Accounting Professional also in Wholesale.
What does Exact Online cost for an accountant?
In Belgium the package for accounting firms costs 55 euro on Essentials, 115 euro on Plus and 275 euro on Professional a month, each with one user and one client company, excluding VAT. In the UK, Accountancy is listed at £91 a month.
