Webinar
Webinar production with a full waiting room
We build the registration page, send the reminders, run the tech and cut the recording into pieces.

The live hour is the smallest part.
What fills a webinar happens before it: a registration page done in a minute and emails that remind your guests at the right moment. The recording keeps working for months after.

A webinar is a meeting with many people at once.
A good webinar does not sell, it helps. A business owner explains in forty-five minutes how they solve a problem, and whoever watches knows afterwards who to call. For services with a long decision, such as software, advice or a renovation, that is often the first real conversation.
The live hour is the easy part. What fills a webinar happens in the weeks before: a topic people search for themselves, a registration page done in a minute and emails that remind at the right moment. And what it brings in often comes later, from the recording.
Four weeks of lead time, one hour live.
- Four weeks beforeTopic and speaker fixedA question your clients really ask, a speaker with an answer and a platform that fits.
- Three weeks beforeRegistration page and first announcementA page with a three-field form, an email to your list and a post on your channels.
- One week beforeReminder and rehearsalAn email to everyone who registered, and a test run with the same laptop, mic and link.
- On the dayDirection behind the scenesWe let people in, keep up with the chat, prepare the polls and step in when the picture stutters.
- The day afterReplay and follow-upThe recording to everyone who registered, with a next step. Also to those who did not show up.

Both can share a screen. The difference lies in what happens before and after.

For an internal session with twenty people a meeting tool will do. If you want to measure and follow up registrations, pick a webinar platform or let us build a registration page of your own.
Where the money goes in a webinar.
After a first conversation you get a proposal with a price. A series of webinars with the same setup costs less per session than a single one.
- Registration page and emailsA page on your own site or on the platform, and how many emails go out around the webinar.
- PromotionOnly to your own list, or also ads on Meta or LinkedIn.
- Direction on the dayOne person behind the scenes, or also a camera and lights for the speaker.
- What happens to the recordingA replay, or also clips, a blog post and short videos for social.
One recording that feeds you for months.
- Replay pageAnyone who signs up late watches the recording and leaves their details.
- ClipsThe three strongest answers, vertical and captioned, for your social channels.
- An articleThe questions from the chat become a blog post or an FAQ on your site.
- Follow-up emailAn email with a next step: a call, a demo or a guide.

A speaker ready for the camera.
A webinar stands or falls with how the speaker looks on screen. A mic close to the mouth, light from the front, a camera at eye level: we sort that out at the rehearsal, so nobody is fiddling with buttons on the day.
If you want the webinar itself to look good too, we film the speaker with the same camera and lights as in our own team shoot of May 2026.
