Event promotion for people who actually want to come
A registration page, ads to the right audience and emails that remind. Afterwards, footage of the day itself.
An event starts weeks before the doors open.
An event page with a form, ads in front of the people you want to see there, and footage that already sells next year.

The weeks before
A page and an audience
The event page with a form and a calendar item, ads on Meta and Google in a radius around your venue, and a reminder for those who registered. A pixel behind consent tracks who signs up, like the Meta pixel we built for Park & Wash, with one event for contacts and one for leads.

Footage for now and for later
Stories while it runs, and a crew filming the day for the aftermovie, the photos and the clips of the weeks after.

A still from our own team shoot The week after
The aftermovie and a thank-you
An aftermovie of a minute or two, a thank-you email with the photos, and ads for those who came or nearly came. That way the next edition is already lined up.
A full room starts with a page where people can sign up.
An open day, a client evening, a launch, a seminar: announce it with a post and a flyer and you only know on the day who turns up. With a registration page of your own you know it every day, and you can adjust while there is still time.
We build that page, send ads and emails to it, set up your event on Facebook and measure who signs up. On the day itself we film an aftermovie, so your next edition already has footage to start from.
A pixel that measures who signs up.
For Park & Wash, who wash and detail cars at the client's home, we built a one-pager with a Meta pixel behind consent, with one event for contact and one for leads, and a fleet form for businesses on VBS Mail. The same setup measures for an event which ad brings registrations.

Use them together. The Facebook event brings visibility, its button sends people to your own page, where the registration counts.
What has to be ready before the first ad.
- A registration page with date, time, address and a form of four fields at most
- A confirmation email with the event as a calendar item
- A pixel that counts a registration as a lead, behind consent
- A picture or short video that shows what the day looks like
- An audience per group: clients, prospects and people nearby
- A plan for the reminders: a week before, the day before and on the morning itself
Footage that announces your next edition.
